Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to over 50 countries during checkout.

Processing Time

· Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same business day
· Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
· Processing typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic U.S. Shipping

· Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $50
· Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
· Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99 (order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery)

International Shipping

· Economy International (10-21 business days): Calculated at checkout
· Priority International (7-14 business days): Calculated at checkout
· Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties

Order Tracking

· All orders receive tracking numbers via email once shipped
· Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment
· You can track your order through our website or the carrier's site

Shipping Restrictions

· We cannot ship to P.O. boxes via expedited or overnight services
· Some items have special shipping requirements (refrigerated, oversized, hazardous materials)
· We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses with frequent fraud issues

Shipping Delays & Issues

· Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays
· If your package appears lost or damaged, contact us within 30 days of shipment
· We're not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers (see our address correction policy)

Special Circumstances

· Holiday seasons: Processing and delivery times may be extended
· Oversized items: Additional shipping fees may apply
· Multiple warehouse items: Your order may ship in separate packages

Returns & Shipping

· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours
· We recommend using trackable shipping for returns
· Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items
